10. VIP Subscriptions & Refund Policy
10.1 Subscription Access
VIP subscriptions grant access to premium features for the duration of the billing period. By subscribing, you acknowledge that access to VIP content is delivered immediately upon payment.
10.2 Cancellation
Active subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the cancellation flow in your account dashboard, free of charge. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your VIP access ends the moment the cancellation is confirmed, with no remaining paid time and no refund of any kind. Cancellation is permanent and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
Lapsed accounts: if a renewal payment fails, your VIP access is paused. Permanently closing a lapsed account through the account-closure flow is subject to a one-time processing fee payable at the time of closure: $19.99 (USD) for VIP Lite (and legacy Gold), $29.99 (USD) for VIP Pro and VIP Max, and $39.99 (USD) for weekly-billed VIP plans. This fee is charged once, is not recurring, and covers administrative costs associated with processing the closure. Closure takes effect immediately once the fee is paid.
These conditions are disclosed and agreed upon as a condition of subscribing to the service. By purchasing a VIP subscription, you expressly acknowledge and consent to them as part of the cancellation process. This provision is permitted under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, which governs these Terms (see Section 12).
10.3 Cancellations & Abuse Prevention
Users who cancel their subscription within 7 days of signing up may be subject to an automatic and permanent ban from the platform, including all associated accounts, IP addresses, and device identifiers. This policy exists to prevent abuse of trial access and protect the integrity of the service.
10.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform. If you have billing concerns, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
10.5 No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not provided once VIP access has been activated. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to waive any right to a refund for the current billing period.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts or circumventing bans through any means, including but not limited to using different email addresses, VPNs, or devices. Attempts to evade a ban may result in further action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
All fees, policies, and contractual provisions outlined in these Terms — including but not limited to cancellation fees, refund policies, and termination clauses — are governed by and enforceable under Delaware law. By using the Site, you agree to submit to this governing jurisdiction regardless of your location.
